From our humble beginnings in 2001, our neighbors have built this festival into one of Denver’s most exciting community events. With the collaboration with City Park Jazz, we expect our attendance to be among the greatest ever. There will be significant cross-over between our respective guests and We are sure this will increase your sales.

Artists!
If you are an artist, craftsperson, create your own work and live in Denver, we want you to be part of our ever-growing family. Professionals and Amateurs welcome! Cost for booth space is only $60 for return artists and $75 for first time exhibitors.

Neighborhood Business?
We will be accepting a limited number of businesses from the City Park Area.
If you are a locally owned business in North East Denver, we invite you to participate.

Are you a non-profit, a community service or youth education program?
We want you to participate!
Booth Space is free for those programs that directly enrich our community. We only require a $10 non-refundable deposit.

Performers!
We are looking for a few new acts to add to our family. Last year we hosted 47 sets of music, dance, martial arts, spoken word and comedy, walk-around and children entertainment.
Ethnic or original encouraged to apply.

Buskers!
Do you have a magic, acoustic, acrobatic or unusual act? Are you ready to play for tips only? Call Paul at 720-548-8934.

Artist Entry Procedures

Artist
Eligibility

Our goal is to encourage arts education and stimulate a market for local talent.
As long as your work is not imported or manufactured and you live in the metropolitan area, you will be accepted.

 Application  Deadline

 Mail-in Applications must be postmarked no later than July 1, 2008.
 On-line Applications must be competed by July 5, 2008.

 

Artist Fees

 $60 for return Artists.

$75 for first time exhibitors.

This fee is generally non-refundable.

 Additional  Instructions for Applicants
 

  • Photos and slides must be labeled with the artist's name. If you'd like them returned to you, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. CPFA is not responsible for return of materials without labels and a
    S.A.S.E.
  • Artists or representative must be present at their booth throughout the festival.
  • Clean-up of the booth area is the responsibility of the vendor.
  • Booth and spaces will be approximately 10' x 10'. Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, handling, set up and removal of their own displays and materials. Exhibitors must furnish their own booth set up.
    Booth assignment will be determined using reservation date and years attending as criterion.
  • Exhibitors are solely responsible for the sale of their artwork, collection of applicable sales tax, and should be sure to have sufficient change available. CPFOTA will not collect a commission on sales.
  • There is no "rain date" for this event. Refunds will not be made for cancellations.
