Planning and preparation - help us coordinate the event
Event Program - Help us coordinate on the day of event.
Exhibitor's Registration Table - early in the day direct exhibitors to their booth spaces, distribute welcome packets
Parking, Loading and Unloading - direct visual and performing artists and speakers to parking and assist with loading and unloading
Exhibitors' and Performers' Assistance - provide breaks for exhibitors, liaison to performers and children's activities leaders
Children's Activities Assistants - assists group leaders of various interactive children's activities
Sound and Stage Assistants - to assist sound and stage managers
City Park West Information Table - answer questions and distribute info re: CPWNA and City Park Jazz
Set Up - set up tents, signage, decoration, etc.
Clean Up - Take down tents, signage, pick up trash, help the artist if neccessary.

We remain a community directed and neighborhood-organized event.
